For situations where the carrier increases the delivery rate, we reserve the right, in turn, to change this price. The price increase takes effect and applies to all deliveries shipped after the increase is announced.

Delivery terms

Delivery is made only in the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland :

• between the hours of 8.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday
• between the hours of 8.00 - 16.00 Saturday

*depending on the regional courier, the schedule may vary

Delivery conditions

The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the ordered products.

We do not accept the fulfillment of orders through carriers indicated by you. In this contract, only the Seller can have the option of choosing the carrier.

Exceptions

For promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), the delivery term of orders placed during the campaign may be different from the one displayed on the Zapatos.co.uk website and will be made in - an interval of up to 5 working days from the acceptance and confirmation of the order by our operators

We reserve the right to stop honoring and dispatching orders to people who have not fulfilled their contractual, pecuniary or other obligations towards zappatos.co.uk

We also reserve the right to cancel orders with incomplete/incorrect contact details in the absence of a response from the Buyer.

We reserve the right to no longer ship orders to people whose account has at most two orders whose delivery could not be successfully carried out within a month.

After an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to the customer's fault, carried out by the partner courier companies, your order will be considered canceled and this contract terminated.
