Zapatos recommendations regarding the return of products:
If you have decided to return the purchased product, please take into account the following aspects:
- In order to benefit from the return rights, we recommend that you return the product in the condition in which you received it: in the original packaging (box or bag), with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it, without interfering with nothing on it, and pack the package accordingly (in paper or nylon), before handing it over to the courier.
- Also, in order to avoid the refusal of the return request, it is recommended to avoid the return of already used or damaged products, because in this case the return conditions are not met, and this will entail the payment of courier fees to returned.
Verification of returned products:
All returned products are analyzed individually, in detail, by our specialists, and the verification process is carried out in front of the surveillance cameras to ensure maximum transparency in the analysis of your return request.
Return costs:
The option regarding the method of returning the parcel is entirely yours, as is the choice of the courier (returns via the Romanian Post are not accepted) through which you will send the parcel. The shipping cost of the returned products is borne entirely by the customer and not by zapatos.
If you want to return the parcel through our courier services, we will inform you of the procedure:
1. Call the company Urgent Cargus 021 9282 (pickup from the province) to request the pick up of the parcel.
2. Pack the product in a distinct bag in such a way that the awb from the courier does not damage the product box
3. Fill out the return form on this page
4. When the courier arrives at your place, please provide these delivery details:

5. Important to mention: Shipping payment to the recipient!
The charged return fee is £6.99 and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Important: Zapatos does not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
Return of the product value:
The return of the purchase price of the product will be made by Zapatos, within 14 days through one of the following options:
- bank transfer: from the Boutique Mall account to your account;
- refund on the card with which the payment was made (only for orders paid with the card);
Reasons why Zapatos refuses to return products:
- physical damage to the original packaging (box or bag) or the application of scotch tape directly on it due to improper packaging (in paper or nylon) made by the customer or courier (if the latter has to seal the contents of the package, if the sender does not);
- damage or soiling of the product due to improper packaging and prior damage to the original packaging;
- using the products and sending them with signs of wear or inappropriate smells.

zapatos.co.uk assumes the right to refuse reimbursement of parcels that come improperly packed.
The returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received: no damage, no defects (except for the situation in which the customer reported the presence of a defect to the representatives of zapatos.co.uk). All returned parcels must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, undamaged, with no boxes stuck on it.
